Did well today, but am low on calories. I am trying to cut out a lot of sugar, and I was a bit crazy. For exercis, I didn’t do anything crazy but played 27 holes of disc golf.

The day before I am officially starting. I have tried a few things to get healthy, but this time I will have help from a family member that is starting a personal training business. I am excited as I have been weening myself from caffeine and plan to start cutting out other things that my body likely doesn’t enjoy. Wish me luck and perseverance.
